How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, tell us the model and mileage, and collect it the same day in most cases.

01

Pick minor or major

A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the mileage and we will say which is due.

02

We collect or you drop in

Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection that includes a measured brake check. You get the pad thickness in millimetres rather than a verdict, so you can decide when to act.

Mazda uses a conventional automatic rather than a CVT, which removes the most common Japanese gearbox worry in this climate. The brakes are what we watch instead.

What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

Wonderful work. I received the car as new as the agency. My car is a Mazda 3 2015, and even the sound of the car became silent. Very kind team, and special thanks to Mr Saif.

My Mazda CX-5 had a lot of dents and scratches that needed to be fixed. MySyara absolutely nailed the job. Apart from the dent repairs, they also made sure the colour mixing to get the Mazda's unique soul red crystal was on point.

Again MySyara surprised me with their amazing services, really they are my favourite. The best all-in-one car service, whatever you need they can do it. They do it on time, perfect quality, good communication, and give you honest and good advice.

A minor service is AED 350 for a sedan or coupe such as a Mazda3, Mazda6 or MX-5, and AED 425 for an SUV such as a CX-3, CX-5, CX-9 or CX-30. A major service is AED 775 and AED 900 respectively. Both are fixed prices, agreed before you book. Mazda sits in our lowest price tier, so these are the cheapest service rates we charge on any make.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection that includes a measured brake check. The car is usually back the same day and the work carries a 6 month service warranty.
A major service includes everything in the minor, then replaces rather than cleans: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, alongside the Mobil fully synthetic oil, oil filter, fluids top-up and multi-point inspection. It is typically due every third service.
No, and that is genuinely good news in this climate. Mazda stayed with conventional torque-converter automatics while several other Japanese makes moved to CVTs, which removes the single most common Japanese gearbox complaint we see in the UAE. Your Mazda's automatic still has fluid that benefits from being checked, but it is not the heat-sensitive weak point a CVT is.
Because they are usually the first thing to wear out on a Mazda here, and that is partly a consequence of how the cars are set up: they are tuned to feel responsive, which means the brakes do real work. Add Dubai stop-start traffic and the pads go sooner than the service interval implies. We measure pad and disc thickness at every service and give you the number in millimetres, so you can plan a replacement rather than be told it is urgent.
Yes. Skyactiv petrol engines run unusually high compression for a naturally aspirated design, which is where their efficiency comes from and which also means the oil is working harder. Fully synthetic oil of the right grade, changed on time, is the simple answer. We use Mobil fully synthetic on every service, minor or major.
Yes. Every periodic service carries a 6 month service warranty on the work carried out. If something related comes back within that window, bring the car in.

The good news about owning a Mazda here

Mazda made a decision years ago that has aged very well in this climate: it stayed with conventional torque-converter automatics while much of the Japanese industry moved to CVTs.

That matters because the CVT is the single most common Japanese gearbox complaint we see in the UAE. Heat degrades CVT fluid, the fluid is what keeps the belt and pulleys alive, and a judder at low speed is how owners of several other makes discover this. Mazda owners mostly do not have that conversation. The automatic in your Mazda6 or CX-9 still has fluid worth checking, but it is not a heat-sensitive weak point in the same way.

So a Mazda service here concentrates elsewhere, and the honest answer is brakes.

Brakes are the Mazda consumable

Mazdas are set up to feel alert, and part of what makes them pleasant to drive is a brake system that does real work. Combine that with Dubai’s stop-start traffic and the pads tend to reach the end of their life sooner than a service interval would suggest.

This is not a fault, it is a characteristic, and the sensible response is measurement rather than guesswork. We record pad and disc thickness in millimetres at every service and tell you the number. Seven millimetres means plan for it. Three means do it now. Knowing which one you are looking at is the difference between choosing when to spend and being told you have no choice.

Minor or major: which one is due

A minor service is the routine one, due every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. It covers Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection with the brake measurement.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years. The difference is replacement rather than cleaning: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, on top of everything the minor covers.

Skyactiv engines and oil

Skyactiv petrol engines run high compression for a naturally aspirated design. That is where the economy comes from, and it also means the oil is under more thermal stress than in a lazier engine. Nothing exotic is required: fully synthetic oil of the correct grade, changed on schedule. In 45ยฐC ambient, on the shorter end of the interval rather than the longer one.

What else the inspection finds

Air conditioning, as on everything here: a condenser clogged with fine dust presents just like a system low on gas, and the two cost different amounts to fix.

Suspension, where bushes and dampers age on hot roads and speed humps, and where a car as well-tied-down as a Mazda shows the deterioration more obviously than a softer car would. And the battery, which in this climate rarely sees a third summer.

Anything flagged is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
