It was my 1st time trusting a car care center after having full care of my car from Toyota. Nothing felt different as MySyara took care of my car the same way it was taken care before. I really appreciate the team for making it so easy and giving us the good and the best quality of work. I would like to thank the drivers who dropped and picked up my car as they have done a fantastic job by delivering the car on time. Very trusted team.

How it works
Serviced and back, same day
Book a slot, tell us the model and mileage, and collect it the same day in most cases.
Pick minor or major
A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the mileage and we will say which is due.
We collect or you drop in
Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Inspected, serviced, returned
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection that tells you what is coming next rather than only what is wrong now. Anything found is quoted, never assumed.
Pricing
Toyota service prices in Dubai
Toyota sits in our lowest price tier, so these are the cheapest service rates we charge on any make. A Land Cruiser, Prado, Fortuner, RAV4, FJ Cruiser or Hiace prices as an SUV; a Corolla, Camry, Yaris or Aurion as a sedan. Every price below is fixed before you book.
Minor service
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first
Major service
Every 30,000 to 40,000 km or 2 years. Adds filters, plugs and wipers
Add while it is in
Common extras, priced the same whether sedan or SUV
- Mobil fully synthetic oil and a new oil filter on every service, minor or major
- 6 month service warranty on the work, as standard
- Fixed price, so the only thing that changes the bill is work you approve after the inspection
A multi-point inspection comes with every service, so you find out what is coming before it strands you.

The fault that stops you renewing your registration
Worth starting here, because it is the Toyota problem that costs owners in this city the most inconvenience for the least mechanical drama.
Toyota V8 engines and the 1GR-FE 4.0 litre V6 used in Prado and FJ Cruiser run a secondary air injection system. Its only job is emissions: on a cold start it pumps air into the exhaust so the catalytic converters reach working temperature sooner. Once the engine is warm it does nothing at all, which is why most owners have never heard of it.
When it fails it sets P2440 or P2442, air injection switching valve stuck open, and illuminates the engine warning light. Toyota’s own service bulletins attribute the condition to moisture intrusion into the air injection pump, debris in the switching valve assembly and damage to the pump filter.
Then the Dubai-specific consequence: an illuminated engine light means a failed vehicle registration test, no matter how well the car drives. A component you cannot feel working, which is idle for most of every journey, can stop you renewing your registration. That is how the majority of owners find out it exists, usually with a test appointment already booked.
The causes are not equivalent, which is why the diagnosis comes first. A stuck valve, a failed pump and a damaged pump filter are three different jobs at three different costs, and access on these engines is poor enough that replacing the wrong one is expensive. A full fault-code read is AED 99 and identifies which of the three before anyone orders a part. The repair we quote after that rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most cars.
Short trips are what this system dislikes
There is a connection between that fault and how Dubai is driven, and it is not obvious.
The secondary air injection system operates only during warm-up. A car doing short hops between Marina, Business Bay and the Mall of the Emirates spends a far higher proportion of its running time in that warm-up phase than a car covering real distance does. More cold starts means more cycles through the one system on the car that exists purely for cold starts.
Combine that with fine airborne dust and coastal humidity, the two things Toyota’s bulletins name as causes, and a short-trip Dubai car is working the system harder and dirtier than its mileage suggests.
Toyota does not use a CVT on the models that matter here
Worth saying plainly, because advice written for other Japanese brands does not transfer.
Land Cruiser, Prado, Hilux, Fortuner and Hiace all use conventional torque-converter automatics. They are heavier and less efficient than a belt-driven CVT, and considerably more tolerant of exactly what Dubai traffic does: repeated high-load pull-aways from a standstill in extreme heat. That tolerance is a large part of why these vehicles have the reputation they do here.
It does not make the fluid irrelevant. A gearbox fluid change is from AED 250, and on a vehicle that tows or carries weight it is worth asking about. But the urgency is genuinely lower than on a CVT car, and we would rather tell you that than sell a service you do not need yet.
Your service history is worth real money on a Toyota
The most under-appreciated part of owning one here, and a financial argument rather than a mechanical one.
Toyota holds its value in the UAE better than almost anything else, and a documented, itemised service history is a real component of what the next buyer pays. On a brand where buyers specifically look for evidence of maintenance, missing records cost more than the services would have.
Every visit produces an itemised record, with Mobil fully synthetic oil to the correct specification. That costs nothing extra and protects the thing that makes a Toyota worth keeping for a decade.
Why Dubai shortens the interval even at low mileage
The guidance is every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and in this city the time limit often matters more than the distance.
A car doing short trips in traffic can take a year to reach 10,000 km while accumulating more hours of hot running than a motorway car does in half the distance. Oil degrades with heat and hours under load, not with kilometres alone, and short-trip running never fully boils moisture out of the system either. A low-mileage Dubai Toyota is not automatically a lightly used one.
A minor service is AED 350 for a Camry, Corolla or Yaris and AED 425 for a Land Cruiser, Prado, Fortuner or Hiace. A major, typically every third, is AED 775 and AED 900, replacing air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades rather than cleaning them.
The Hiace is a commercial brief, not a consumer one
A significant share of the Toyotas we service in Dubai are Hiace vans, and they are a different proposition from a family Prado.
A working van accumulates distance in months rather than years, carries weight for a living, and costs its owner money every day it is off the road. So the useful service is fast and predictable, with the inspection weighted to what actually strands a van: brakes, tyres, battery, cooling, and the air conditioning the driver sits in all day.
For an operator the fixed AED 425 matters less than knowing it is AED 425 and knowing when the van comes back. Collection and return from most of Dubai helps more than a discount would.
What else the inspection turns up
Batteries rarely see a third UAE summer and are the failure that most often strands people. Brake pads get measured rather than estimated, because stop-start traffic wears them unevenly. Coolant condition every visit, since a radiator with dust packed into its fins cannot shed heat and in slow traffic that is enough to tip a healthy system into a marginal one. A flush is AED 225.
Anything found is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
