How it works
Serviced and back, same day
Book a slot, tell us the model, and collect it the same day in most cases.
Pick minor or major
A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Not sure which you need? Tell us the mileage and we will say.
We collect or you drop in
Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Inspected, serviced, returned
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection that tells you what is coming next rather than only what is wrong now. Anything found is quoted, never assumed.
Pricing
Nissan service prices in Dubai
Nissan sits in our lowest price tier, so these are the cheapest service rates we charge on any make. A Patrol, X-Trail, Pathfinder or Armada prices as an SUV; an Altima, Sunny, Sentra or Tiida as a sedan. Every price below is fixed before you book.
Minor service
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first
Major service
Every 30,000 to 40,000 km or 2 years. Adds filters, plugs and wipers
Add while it is in
Common extras, priced the same whether sedan or SUV
- Mobil fully synthetic oil and a new oil filter on every service, minor or major
- 6 month service warranty on the work, as standard
- Fixed price, so the only thing that changes the bill is work you approve after the inspection
A multi-point inspection comes with every service, so you find out what is coming before it strands you.

Coverage
Nissan servicing across Dubai
Workshops in Al Quoz, Umm Ramool and Wadi Al Amardi, with collection from most of Dubai if you would rather not drive in.
Prefer not to come in at all? A doorstep oil change can be done where the car is parked in Dubai, though a full service needs the workshop so the car can be lifted and inspected properly.

Dubai traffic is the worst environment a CVT can work in
Most Nissans sold here drive through a continuously variable transmission rather than a conventional automatic: Altima, X-Trail, Sentra, Tiida, Kicks and Qashqai among them. In Dubai it faces the least favourable conditions it will ever see, and the reason is worth understanding properly.
A CVT transmits drive through a steel belt gripping between two variable-width pulleys. The fluid does more than lubricate: it carries the friction properties the belt depends on. Nissan specifies NS-3 for most modern applications, and it is not interchangeable with ordinary automatic transmission fluid.
Now consider what stop-start traffic actually asks of that. Pulling away from a standstill is the single highest-load moment for the belt, and on Sheikh Zayed Road you do it dozens of times in a single journey. Meanwhile the transmission has its own cooler at the front of the car, and like the AC condenser beside it, that cooler depends on airflow it does not get at crawling speed. High load, repeatedly, with the least cooling available.
A motorway car heats its transmission steadily. A Dubai commuter car heats it in the hardest possible way, hundreds of times a week.
The symptom shows up where you least want it
Degraded fluid announces itself in a recognisable order, and the first stage is specifically a shudder pulling away from a standstill. Then hesitation under light acceleration. On many cars a stored fault code, with owners widely reporting P17F0 as the judder marker. Only after that does it become mechanical, as belt slip and wear inside the valve body.
The cruel part for a Dubai driver is that the earliest symptom appears during the exact manoeuvre you perform most. It is easy to normalise a slight shudder at the lights, and most owners do, because the car is otherwise perfect.
That window is where the money is. A gearbox fluid change at the shudder stage is from AED 250 on a Nissan. Once the wear is mechanical rather than chemical, you are in a different category of repair entirely.
A fluid service is not a top-up
Worth knowing, because it is where corner-cutting happens on these.
A CVT does not surrender all its fluid in one drain. A meaningful proportion stays in the torque converter and cooler circuit, which is why a proper fluid service is a different piece of work from draining and refilling once. Independent specialists frequently describe the thorough version as a repeated drain, refill and circulate cycle, specifically to get the proportion of old fluid genuinely low.
When we quote a CVT fluid change we tell you what it involves on your car and what condition the fluid is actually in, rather than treating every one the same.
Why Dubai shortens the interval even at low mileage
The guidance is every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and in this city the time limit frequently matters more than the distance, which is unusual.
A car doing short trips in heavy traffic can take a year to cover 10,000 km while putting more hours of hot running on its oil and transmission fluid than a motorway car does in half that distance. Fluids degrade with heat and hours under load, not with kilometres alone. A low-mileage Dubai Nissan is not automatically a lightly used one.
A minor service is AED 350 for an Altima, Sunny or Sentra and AED 425 for a Patrol, X-Trail or Pathfinder, covering Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, filter cleaning, all fluids topped up and a multi-point inspection that includes CVT fluid condition. A major, typically every third service, is AED 775 and AED 900.
The Patrol is a completely different brief
The Patrol is the Nissan we see most across the UAE and it has nothing to do with CVTs. It uses a conventional automatic and a body-on-frame layout, so the attention goes elsewhere.
In Dubai specifically, the rear air conditioning circuit is what we check hardest. A Patrol cools a very large cabin through a second evaporator, and in traffic, where airflow is already marginal, a weak rear circuit is obvious to everyone in the back while the front vents stay cold. That is a circuit problem rather than a whole-system failure, and topping up the gas will not address it.
Beyond that, a condenser packed with fine dust cannot shed heat, which in slow traffic is enough to tip a healthy cooling system into a marginal one.
A lot of this does not need a workshop
In Dubai a good share of what a Nissan needs can be done where the car is parked: a battery replacement, an AC gas top-up at AED 150 where the system holds pressure, a diagnostic scan at AED 99, a cabin filter.
A full service is the exception, and honestly so. The car has to come up on a lift to drain the oil properly, change the filter and let someone inspect the underbody, brakes and suspension. For that we either see you at a workshop or collect the car and bring it back.
What else the inspection turns up
Batteries rarely see a third UAE summer and are the failure that most often strands people, so a battery test at service time is worth more here than in most climates. Brake pads get measured rather than estimated, because stop-start traffic wears them unevenly. Coolant condition every visit, and a radiator flush is AED 225 if due.
Anything found is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
