How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, drop the car at an Abu Dhabi workshop, collect it the same day in most cases.

01

Pick minor or major

A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the mileage and the date of the last one.

02

Drop the car in

Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection with a measured brake check. On a car doing Abu Dhabi distances the tyre and brake numbers are the ones worth tracking visit to visit.

Doorstep visits are Dubai-only for now, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. Mazda uses a conventional automatic rather than a CVT, so the gearbox is not the worry it is on some makes.

What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

Wonderful work. I received the car as new as the agency. My car is a Mazda 3 2015, and even the sound of the car became silent. Very kind team, and special thanks to Mr Saif.

My Mazda CX-5 had a lot of dents and scratches that needed to be fixed. MySyara absolutely nailed the job. Apart from the dent repairs, they also made sure the colour mixing to get the Mazda's unique soul red crystal was on point.

Again MySyara surprised me with their amazing services, really they are my favourite. The best all-in-one car service, whatever you need they can do it. They do it on time, perfect quality, good communication, and give you honest and good advice.

FAQ

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium. A minor service is AED 350 for a sedan or coupe such as a Mazda3, Mazda6 or MX-5, and AED 425 for an SUV such as a CX-3, CX-5, CX-9 or CX-30. A major service is AED 775 and AED 900 respectively, both fixed before you book.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection that includes a measured brake check. The car is usually back the same day and the work carries a 6 month service warranty.
A major service includes everything in the minor, then replaces rather than cleans: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, alongside the Mobil fully synthetic oil, oil filter, fluids top-up and multi-point inspection. It is typically due every third service.
No. Mazda stayed with conventional torque-converter automatics while several other Japanese makes moved to CVTs, which removes the most common Japanese gearbox complaint we see in the UAE. The automatic still has fluid worth checking, but it is not the heat-sensitive weak point a CVT is.
A minor service every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. In Abu Dhabi the distance usually arrives first: long runs on the E11 and E10, trips out to Al Ain and inter-emirate commuting accumulate kilometres quickly, so plenty of cars here pass 10,000 km well inside six months.
They are usually the first thing to wear out on a Mazda, partly because the cars are set up to feel responsive and the brakes do real work. Abu Dhabi driving changes the pattern rather than removing it: fewer stops than Dubai traffic, but higher speeds, which means more energy per stop. Either way we measure pad and disc thickness at every service and give you the number in millimetres.
Not yet. Doorstep visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. For a full service that is the correct place regardless, since the car needs lifting to drain the oil, change the filter and inspect the brakes and underbody properly.

Abu Dhabi speed changes how a Mazda wears

Mazda builds cars that reward being driven, and Abu Dhabi gives them room to be. Long runs on the E11 and E10, the Al Ain road, daily distance between the island and Mussafah or MBZ. The engines take that easily. What changes is the wear pattern.

Dubai traffic wears brakes through sheer repetition: thousands of low-speed stops. Abu Dhabi wears them differently, with fewer stops but much more energy in each one. The outcome is the same destination by a different road, which is why brake measurement belongs in every service here regardless of which emirate the car lives in.

The distance also means the interval arrives on kilometres rather than months. A “10,000 km or 6 months” schedule almost always resolves on the distance for an Abu Dhabi car.

What Mazda got right for this climate

Mazda stayed with conventional torque-converter automatics while much of the Japanese industry moved to CVTs. That decision looks better every summer here.

The CVT is the most common Japanese gearbox complaint we deal with in the UAE, because heat degrades its fluid and the fluid is what keeps the belt and pulleys alive. Mazda owners largely avoid that conversation. The automatic in your CX-9 or Mazda6 still has fluid worth checking at a service, but it is not a heat-sensitive weak point in the same way, and that is a genuine ownership advantage worth knowing about.

Minor or major: which one is due

A minor service is the routine one, every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. It covers Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection with the brake measurement.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years. The difference is replacement rather than cleaning: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades. Given Abu Dhabi mileage, the major usually arrives on kilometres rather than years.

Skyactiv engines, heat and oil

Skyactiv petrol engines run high compression for a naturally aspirated design. That is where the efficiency comes from, and it also means the oil is under more thermal stress, particularly on sustained high-speed runs where temperatures stay up for an hour at a time rather than in bursts.

The answer is unglamorous: fully synthetic oil of the correct grade, on the shorter end of the interval. We use Mobil fully synthetic on every service.

What else the inspection finds

Air conditioning, where a condenser clogged with fine dust presents exactly like a system low on refrigerant. Suspension, where a well-tied-down car like a Mazda shows damper and bush wear more obviously than a softer one would. And the battery, which in this climate rarely sees a third summer.

Anything flagged is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
