Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for car service in monthly instalments in Dubai?
Yes. MySyara accepts 0% interest instalment plans for any car service or car repair in Dubai. You can split your bill via Tabby, Tamara, Yusr PayLater, or convert it to a credit-card Easy Payment Plan with Emirates NBD, LIV, Mashreq, FAB, Dubai First or ADCB.
Does MySyara accept Tabby and Tamara for car repairs?
Yes. Both Tabby and Tamara are supported at online checkout and via a payment link from your advisor. Tabby splits your car repair bill into 2, 3 or 4 interest-free payments (extended up to 12 months for eligible customers). Tamara offers 2, 3 or 4 split payments (extended to 6, 9 or 12 months, up to AED 20,000, for eligible customers) and is 100% Sharia-compliant.
How does the 0% Easy Payment Plan (EPP) work for car service?
Pay your MySyara bill through our Urban Ledger link with a supported credit card and pick your plan on the payment page — 3, 6, 9 or 12 months depending on the bank, at 0% interest. Emirates NBD, LIV and Mashreq plans are set up automatically when you pay; FAB and Dubai First cardholders activate theirs in the bank's app; ADCB cardholders call ADCB after paying.
Is Yusr PayLater available in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman?
Yes. Yusr PayLater is available to eligible UAE residents across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Once approved, Yusr typically funds invoices up to AED 12,000 and you pay in 2 to 6 equal monthly instalments, with no processing fee on 2 to 4 month plans and a variable fee of up to 4% on 5 and 6 month plans.
What's the minimum bill for an instalment plan?
Tabby and Tamara start from a minimum bill of AED 200, and Yusr PayLater from AED 200 (each subject to the provider's approval). Credit-card EPP via Urban Ledger starts from AED 500 with Emirates NBD and LIV, and AED 1,000 with Mashreq, FAB and Dubai First; ADCB Direct requires AED 1,000. Ask your MySyara advisor for the right option for your invoice.
Does a payment plan cost extra?
All plans are 0% interest, and MySyara never adds anything on top. On the standard short split (2 to 4 months), Tabby, Tamara, Yusr PayLater and ADCB Direct charge no fee. Longer plans may add a provider fee: Tabby and Tamara may set one on their extended terms, and Yusr PayLater charges a variable fee of up to 4% on 5 and 6 month plans. Urban Ledger bank EIP may include a small bank processing fee (free with Emirates NBD and LIV, AED 29 with Mashreq, or 1% to 4% of the amount with FAB and Dubai First).
