Book a slot, tell us the model and mileage, and collect it the same day in most cases.
A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the mileage and we will say which is due.
Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a multi-point inspection. On a Pajero the radiator, fan clutch and coolant condition get specific attention, because that is where the expensive failures start.

Of every Mitsubishi that comes through our workshops, the Pajero accounts for more than any other model by a wide margin. That shapes what a Mitsubishi service should concentrate on here, because the Pajero has a well-known weak point in this climate and it is not the engine.
It is the cooling system. A radiator whose fins are packed with years of fine sand, a fan clutch that has gradually stopped pulling air properly, or coolant that has never been changed will all behave perfectly through a Dubai winter. Put the same car in traffic in July, or load it up for a desert trip, and the temperature gauge starts to climb. Overheating is the single cheapest-to-prevent and most expensive-to-ignore fault on these cars.
So on a Pajero we check radiator airflow, fan operation and coolant condition at every service rather than saving it for a major. It takes minutes and it is the part of the visit most likely to save real money.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years. The difference is replacement rather than cleaning: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, on top of everything the minor covers.
A lot of the Mitsubishis in this country are not new, and that is precisely why the economics work. Parts are cheap and everywhere, the mechanicals are simple, and a Pajero or Lancer that is looked after will keep going long past the point where a more complicated car would have become uneconomic.
On a high-mileage car the inspection is worth more than the oil change. It converts unknowns into a list: pads at 3mm, a weeping hose, a bush that has had enough. That list is what lets you spread work out over months instead of meeting it all at once as a breakdown.
If you run an Outlander or ASX with the CVT automatic, mention anything you have noticed about how it pulls away. These transmissions are heat-sensitive, and fluid condition is the best early warning you get. It is covered in the inspection, and if a fluid service is due we will tell you.
