How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, drop it at an Abu Dhabi workshop, collect it the same day in most cases.

01

Pick minor or major

A minor service suits most vehicles every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us if the Jeep goes off-road.

02

Drop it in

Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

Fixed price
03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a proper look at the four-wheel-drive hardware: transfer case, differentials, underbody and suspension bushes. On a desert-used Jeep those matter most.

I was elated by the service offered by the MySyara team to make sure the customer experience was just delightful. The team is experienced and professional, with compassion and customer centricity.

Amazing and prompt service. I have been dealing with Syed Farzan for many years now and he is loyal to his customers and never disappoints.

Syed Farzan was very good, attentive and responding fast with updates. Very helpful, and they gave me the best price out of so many other places. The technician who came to do the work was also very professional.

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium. A minor service is AED 650 and a major service AED 1250. Every Jeep prices as an SUV, from a Renegade to a Wrangler, so there is one figure rather than separate sedan and SUV rates. Both are fixed before you book.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up and a multi-point inspection. On a Jeep that inspection also covers the transfer case, differentials, underbody and suspension bushes, because a four-wheel drive has parts a saloon does not.
A major service includes everything in the minor, then replaces rather than cleans: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, alongside the Mobil fully synthetic oil, oil filter, fluids top-up and inspection. It is typically due every third service.
Yes, and it is worth saying when you book. Sand loads the air filter far faster than any standard interval assumes, packs into radiator and condenser fins so the vehicle cannot shed heat properly, and works into underbody components and suspension bushes. A Jeep that runs out towards Liwa or into the dunes should be inspected on a different basis than one that only commutes. The checks change, the service price does not.
More often than most owners expect, and more often again if the vehicle does low-range work. Every Jeep is four-wheel drive, so every Jeep has a transfer case with its own oil, and a change is from AED 375. It is inexpensive, quick, and reliably the first item to drop off a maintenance schedule once a vehicle leaves the dealer network.
A minor service every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. In Abu Dhabi the kilometres almost always arrive first: long motorway runs, trips out to Al Ain and Liwa, and inter-emirate commuting accumulate distance quickly. Service on the odometer rather than the calendar, and treat the air filter as a shorter-interval item if the Jeep sees sand.
Not yet. Doorstep visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the vehicle comes to a workshop. For a full service that is the correct place regardless, since a Jeep needs lifting to drain the oil, change the filter and inspect the underbody, transfer case and suspension properly.

Abu Dhabi Jeeps do the hardest version of the job

The emirate gives a Jeep two demanding environments rather than one, and plenty of owners here use both.

There is the distance: the E11, the E10, the Al Ain road, inter-emirate commuting, long hauls that accumulate kilometres faster than any calendar-based schedule anticipates.

Then there is the sand. Abu Dhabi has the deep desert on its doorstep, and the run out towards Liwa and the dunes beyond is exactly the kind of driving a Wrangler is built for. Owners here use that capability more than most.

Each environment wears different things. Together they are why a Jeep should be serviced on the odometer rather than the date, and inspected on the basis of where it has actually been.

Every Jeep is four-wheel drive

Jeep is unusual in our catalogue: there are no saloons or hatchbacks in the range. Every model, from a Renegade to a Wrangler, is a four-wheel drive, and every one prices as an SUV at AED 650 minor and AED 1250 major.

One figure to remember, and a more important mechanical point. A four-wheel drive carries hardware a road car does not: a transfer case with its own oil, front and rear differentials, and a drivetrain designed to be loaded in ways a saloon never experiences.

A transfer case oil change is from AED 375. On a vehicle doing low-range work in soft sand that oil is genuinely working, and it is reliably the first item to fall off a schedule once a vehicle leaves the dealer network. We check its condition every service and tell you where it stands.

The three things sand attacks

If the Jeep has been in the dunes since its last service, tell us when you book, because the inspection shifts.

The air filter loads with fine sand far faster than any temperate-climate interval assumes. On a desert-used Jeep treat it as a shorter-interval item regardless of what the odometer says. It is cleaned at every minor service and replaced at every major.

The radiator and condenser fins pack with sand. This is the one that quietly matters, because a radiator that cannot shed heat turns a healthy cooling system into a marginal one, and the failure then arrives on a long hot motorway run rather than in the dunes. A flush is AED 225 and worth doing before summer.

The underbody, differentials and suspension bushes collect sand that works into places it should not be. Soft-sand driving and real suspension articulation load those components in combination, which is why we look underneath properly on these rather than glancing.

Service on the odometer, not the calendar

Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and here the kilometres almost always come first. A vehicle covering 1,500 km a month reaches 10,000 km in seven months, and plenty do considerably more.

The air filter is the exception that runs on conditions rather than either measure. A Jeep that sees sand needs it looked at sooner than one that does not, full stop.

Wrangler and Grand Cherokee are different vehicles

Worth separating, because they ask for different attention.

The Wrangler is the most genuinely off-roaded vehicle in our workload. Solid axles, body-on-frame, real articulation, removable roof and door panels. The bushes, joints and underbody do the work, and the seals and fixings get disturbed in ways a sealed monocoque never does.

The Grand Cherokee is more road-biased and considerably more comfortable, and on higher trims it has air suspension. We check ride height and system behaviour at every service but deliberately do not publish a price for it: a fault can be a sensor, a valve, an air spring or the compressor, and those are four very different bills. We inspect, then quote the actual fault.

Anything flagged is reported with a price, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is quoted separately.
