What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

They are very professional, took my car and returned it back on time, they checked all the mechanical aspects of the car and advised on some replacements. Mr. Mohammad Saheer was the adviser, he was so helpful.

Great service done by the team here. Special shout out to Muhammad Shaheer, who gave me solid and legit advice on how to go about with my car and the parts that were to be replaced.

Amazing and surprisingly quick service. Farzan was extremely professional and responsive, and the technician Alamzeb was also very professional. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

A minor service is AED 650 and a major service AED 1250, which are tier-2 SUV rates. A wheel alignment is AED 200, a tyre rotation AED 50, a transfer case oil change from AED 375 and gearbox fluid with filter from AED 600. Spark plugs are AED 225 and a radiator flush AED 225.
Because a lift changes the front-end geometry the vehicle was designed around, and that changes what wears and how fast. Specifically it alters caster angle, and insufficient caster on a lifted Jeep is one of the recognised contributors to the violent steering oscillation these vehicles are known for. So on a lifted Wrangler we inspect the front end properly rather than assuming factory geometry. It is the single most useful thing we can know about your vehicle when you book.
The track bar at both the axle and frame ends, including the mounting bolt and bushings, the tie rod ends, the ball joints, and the alignment including caster. Those are the components that accumulate play, and play is what allows a small bump input to amplify into something much worse. We include this on Wranglers rather than charging for it separately because on this model it is the inspection that matters most.
Three things move from distance-based to use-based. The air filter, because fine sand loads a filter far faster than road dust and a restricted filter costs you power and fuel. The transfer case and differential oils, because soft-sand driving loads the driveline properly rather than nominally and that fluid degrades with heat and load rather than kilometres. And the alignment, because sand driving and the recovery that sometimes follows it are hard on steering components. Tell us it sees sand and we will judge these on use.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning, all fluids topped up, a multi-point inspection and the front-end inspection described above. Usually back the same day with a 6 month service warranty.
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and we would use the shorter end for a vehicle that sees sand or sits in traffic. Heat degrades oil faster here than the manual's temperate-climate assumptions allow, and a Wrangler is not an aerodynamic vehicle, so it works harder at speed than its size suggests.
On a modified or sand-driven Wrangler, more often than most owners expect. A solid front axle with large tyres and a lift has more to go wrong geometrically than a road car, and alignment is both a tyre-saving measure and a contributor to steering stability. At AED 200 against a set of oversized tyres, it is one of the better value items on this list.
Yes, provided the oil meets the right specification, the parts are genuine or quality-equivalent, the schedule is kept and the work is recorded. On a modified vehicle we would add that an itemised record is worth more than usual, because it shows a buyer the modifications were maintained rather than just installed.

Ready to book

Book a Wrangler service in Dubai

Minor AED 650, major AED 1250, fixed before you book. Mobil synthetic oil and a front-end inspection that accounts for how yours is set up.

Fixed price upfront. Anything the inspection finds is quoted, never assumed.

Tell us if it is lifted. It changes the inspection.

Most Wranglers we see in Dubai are not standard. They are lifted, on larger tyres, or both โ€” because that is what people buy them for here.

That is not a problem, and we are not going to lecture anyone about it. But it does mean a Wrangler service is not the same inspection as a road SUV service, and the single most useful thing you can tell us when booking is how yours is set up.

Here is why it matters mechanically rather than as a formality.

A lift changes the front-end geometry the vehicle was designed around. Among other things it alters caster angle, and insufficient caster on a lifted Jeep is one of the recognised contributors to the violent steering oscillation these vehicles are known for.

So on a lifted Wrangler we check the front end rather than assuming factory geometry still applies. On a stock one we still check it, because this is a solid front axle vehicle and the same components matter โ€” just with less stacked against them.

What the front end inspection covers

Included on Wranglers rather than charged separately, because on this model it is the inspection that earns its keep.

The track bar, at both the axle end and the frame end, including the mounting bolt and the bushings. This is the most common source of trouble on these vehicles, and the failure modes are specific: a worn bushing, a loose axle-side bolt, or a mounting hole that has elongated over time.

Tie rod ends.

Ball joints.

Alignment, including caster, not just toe.

What we are looking for in every case is play. Not failure. Play.

That distinction is the whole point, and it is explained properly on the Wrangler repair page: on a solid-axle Jeep, accumulated looseness lets a single bump input amplify itself into something far worse. No individual part has to be broken for that to happen. Catching play at a service is how you avoid meeting the consequence at 100 km/h on Emirates Road.

Sand moves three items off the odometer

If your Wrangler actually gets used in the desert โ€” and a good share of them here do โ€” three things stop being distance-based.

The air filter. Fine sand loads a filter far faster than road dust does, and a restricted filter costs you power and fuel economy before it costs you anything dramatic. We judge this by looking at it rather than by the kilometres since the last one.

Transfer case and differential oils. Soft-sand driving loads the driveline properly rather than nominally, and that fluid degrades with heat and load rather than with distance. A transfer case oil change is from AED 375, and it is reliably the first item to drop off a schedule once a vehicle leaves the dealer network.

Alignment at AED 200. Sand driving, and the recovery that occasionally follows it, is hard on steering components. On a vehicle with a solid front axle and oversized tyres, geometry drifts more than it does on a road car.

Tell us it sees sand and we will judge all three on use rather than reading the odometer back to you.

Tier 2, and what the service covers

A minor service is AED 650 and a major AED 1250. Those are tier-2 SUV rates โ€” above a Japanese SUV, well below the German tier-3 cars.

The minor service: Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, a multi-point inspection and the front-end check described above.

A major service replaces rather than cleans: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades. AED 1250.

On the interval, the shorter end is usually right here. A Wrangler is not an aerodynamic vehicle, so it works harder at motorway speed than its size suggests, and a lifted one on large tyres works harder still. Add 45ยฐC ambient heat and traffic, and the oil is doing more than the manual’s temperate-climate figure assumes.

Cooling, because this shape pushes a lot of air

Worth a specific mention on this model.

A Wrangler has the aerodynamics of a brick, which means the engine does more work to maintain motorway speed than a lower, smoother vehicle of similar weight. More work means more heat. Then you add Dubai traffic, where there is heat without the airflow to carry it away.

Coolant condition is checked at every visit, and a flush is AED 225. On a vehicle that may also be driven in soft sand at low speed with high engine load and almost no airflow, that check is worth more than it sounds.

If you have been in the dunes recently, mention it, and we will look at the radiator fins rather than only pressure-testing the system. Sand packed into a radiator core is a well-known way for a 4x4 to lose cooling capacity while every component tests as healthy.

One note for modified vehicles and resale

An itemised service record is worth more on a modified Wrangler than on a standard car.

A buyer looking at a lifted vehicle on 35s is weighing up whether the modifications were maintained or merely installed. A history showing the front end was inspected, the alignment kept, and the driveline oils changed answers that question in a way a conversation cannot.

Anything the inspection finds comes with a price. If it is a repair rather than maintenance, it is quoted separately and you decide.
