Had a good experience with MySyara and their staff overall. Really impressed with Yadhu's attention to detail. They arranged multiple pick and drop at no cost, which was a big relief and convenient.

How it works
Serviced and back, same day
Book a slot, tell us the model and mileage, and collect it the same day in most cases.
Pick minor or major
A minor service suits most vehicles every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us if you tow or carry a full load.
We collect or you drop in
Drop it at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Inspected, serviced, returned
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a full inspection. On a vehicle this size the brakes, transmission fluid and cooling system get particular attention, because load is what works them.
Pricing
GMC service prices in Dubai
Every GMC in the range is an SUV or a pickup, so there is a single price band rather than separate sedan and SUV rates. GMC sits in tier 2, which puts parts and labour below the German premium brands.
Minor service
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first
Major service
Every 30,000 to 40,000 km or 2 years. Adds filters, plugs and wipers
Add while it is in
The items load actually consumes
- Mobil fully synthetic oil and a new oil filter on every service, minor or major
- One price across the range, because every GMC is a large vehicle
- 6 month service warranty on the work, as standard
Terrain or Yukon, the figure is the same. AED 650, fixed before you book.

Coverage
GMC servicing across Dubai
Workshops in Al Quoz, Umm Ramool and Wadi Al Amardi, with collection from most of Dubai if you would rather not drive in.
If you tow, or the third row is usually occupied, say so when you book. Load changes what wears first and we would rather check the right things.
What customers say
Had a wonderful experience. The service was smooth, professional and very efficient. A special thanks to Syed Farzan for his outstanding support, professionalism and attention to detail.
I have been using their services for the past 2 years, and this time I opted for their AC top-up service at my home. Very convenient and hassle-free. Excellent service as always.

Book a GMC service in Dubai
Minor AED 650, major AED 1250, fixed before you book. Mobil synthetic oil, full inspection and a 6 month warranty.
Fixed price upfront. Anything the inspection finds is quoted, never assumed.
One price, because every GMC is a big vehicle
Most brands we handle need two or three service prices because their ranges run from city hatchbacks to full-size SUVs. GMC does not have that problem. There is no small GMC. Every model in the range is an SUV or a pickup, and every one of them prices the same: AED 650 minor, AED 1250 major.
So a Terrain costs what a Yukon costs. That is not a rounding exercise, it is simply where they sit in our catalogue, and it means there is one figure to remember rather than a band to work out.
Worth noting what the actual mix looks like here, because it surprises people. The GMC we service most is not the Yukon. It is the Acadia, with the Yukon second and the Terrain third. GMC in Dubai is a family SUV brand considerably more than it is a full-size truck brand.
Load is the wear factor that matters
This is the thing that genuinely separates a GMC from an ordinary car on a workshop ramp.
These vehicles are bought to carry things. Seven seats that are actually occupied, luggage, a boat or a trailer behind a Sierra. And load does not wear a vehicle gently or evenly. It concentrates on four specific systems:
Brakes, because stopping a loaded three-row SUV from 100 km/h involves dissipating a great deal more energy than stopping an empty saloon.
Transmission fluid, because a working gearbox generates heat, and heat is what degrades the fluid.
Cooling, because a heavy vehicle under load in 45ยฐC asks more of a radiator than the same vehicle running light.
Suspension and tyres, because they carry the weight continuously.
None of this is a fault, and none of it is a reason to carry less. It is the reason we ask whether you tow or run with the third row occupied, because the answer changes what we examine closely rather than what we charge.
The brakes get measured, not estimated
On a vehicle this heavy we measure pad thickness rather than guessing at it, and we give you the measurement rather than a verdict.
That matters in both directions. Sometimes the honest answer on a Dubai school-run Acadia is that there is plenty of life left and you should come back in six months. Sometimes on a Sierra that tows regularly the answer is that it should not wait. You see the number either way.
Transmission fluid is the cheap lever
A gearbox fluid change is from AED 400, or AED 600 with a filter. On a heavy vehicle in this climate that is among the most sensible money you can spend, because fluid condition degrades with heat and load rather than with years.
Which means the service book’s interval, written for temperate conditions and average use, understates things for a loaded GMC in Dubai traffic. We check condition rather than going by the calendar.
If your GMC is four-wheel drive there is also a transfer case with its own oil, from AED 375. Cheap, quick, and reliably the first item to drop off a maintenance schedule once a vehicle leaves the dealer network.
Minor or major: which one is due
A minor service is the routine one, every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, covering Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up and the full inspection.
A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years, replacing rather than cleaning: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades.
In Dubai the shorter interval is generally the right one. Heat shortens oil life and fine dust shortens filter life, and on a large engine neither is worth economising on.
Parts are not a problem on these
A practical point in GMC’s favour. These vehicles share a great deal of engineering with the wider General Motors range, which is one of the better supported in this market.
So when something does need replacing, sourcing tends to be straightforward and the cost sensible, which is not true of every large SUV sold here. Combined with tier-2 pricing, that makes a used GMC a less risky proposition than its size might suggest.
Anything the inspection flags is reported with a price, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is quoted separately.
