How it works

From symptom to fix in three steps

Tell us what it is doing, we find out why, you approve the quote before work starts.

01

Book a diagnostic

Book on the app or the website. Tell us the model and variant and what you have noticed, whether the car is sitting low, the compressor runs longer than it used to, or something simply feels different.

App or web
02

We scan and quote

A technician reads the stored fault codes, checks ride height on each corner where air suspension is fitted, and inspects the relevant systems. Then we quote for the fault we found, not the worst case.

We repair it, you approve

Air suspension, cooling, AC, brakes, electrical: whatever the diagnosis points to is done only with your say-so. Nothing safety-related is touched without your approval.

Porsche repair: what we publish, and what we quote

Porsche sits in tier 4, the most expensive band we have. The parts spread across this range is wide enough that most repairs have to be quoted after inspection, and we would rather say so than print a figure that would be wrong for most owners.

Periodic service (fixed) From AED 1150
  • Diagnosis is AED 99 and includes a ride height check on each corner where air suspension is fitted
  • Most repairs are quoted, not listed, because a 911 Turbo and a Macan are not the same job
  • The periodic service is fixed-price from AED 1150, because its content is predictable

Good experience. I came to get an air suspension issue fixed on my Porsche Cayenne GTS 2014. Compressor and valve changed very quickly. Kumar was sending me regular updates regarding the progress of the work.

Very transparent and friendly garage. I bring both my Audi Q5 and Porsche Cayenne here and they always take good care, with reasonable prices. Mr. Muhammed is always available on WhatsApp to reply to my queries.

Went in for brake pad replacement and an oil change for my Porsche. Good mechanic, reasonable rates, good overall experience.

The honest answer is that most of it has to be quoted after we have seen the car. Porsche sits in tier 4, our most expensive band, and the parts spread across the range is wide enough that one published figure would be wrong for most owners. What is fixed: a full fault-code diagnosis at AED 99, an AC inspection at AED 99, a radiator flush at AED 225 and spark plugs at AED 425. The periodic service is also fixed, from AED 1150. Everything else follows the diagnosis.
Because they would mislead you. A brake job on a Macan and a brake job on a 911 Turbo are not comparable, and averaging them produces a number that is too high for one owner and too low for the other. We price what we can predict, which is the periodic service and the diagnostic work, and we quote what we cannot. That is more useful than an attractive figure revised at collection.
It depends on which of four things is wrong. A failed height sensor is the cheapest outcome, a leaking valve block more, a split air spring more again, and a burnt-out compressor the most. A diagnosis is AED 99 and includes a ride height check on each corner, and we quote the actual fault rather than the worst case. Cayenne compressors and valve blocks are routine work for us rather than something we refer elsewhere.
Because it is usually a consequence rather than a cause. The compressor is sized to top the system up occasionally, not to hold the car up continuously. Once a leak develops anywhere, whether at a valve block or an air spring, the compressor works far harder and in time fails from the effort. So a car that settles overnight, or a compressor that runs noticeably longer at startup, is at the stage where this is still a modest repair. That window is worth acting in.
Yes, and the absolute saving is larger than on any other brand we handle, precisely because the baseline is higher. A percentage saved on a tier-4 bill is worth considerably more than the same percentage on a mainstream car. We use Mobil fully synthetic oil, genuine or quality-equivalent parts, and give you an itemised record, which is what matters for the car's history.
Yes. These cars log a great deal and they log it early, often recording a developing fault well before a driver notices anything, particularly in the air suspension, the cooling system and the electronics. At AED 99 a full fault scan is the cheapest way to turn a vague feeling into a specific answer, and on a car at this price point that is usually money well spent.
MySyara repairs Porsche at workshops across Dubai, with Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman also covered. Book a diagnostic, we scan the car and inspect the relevant systems, then quote for the fault and carry out the repair with your approval. In Dubai a diagnostic can also be done at your home or office.

Diagnosis first. Quote before any repair. Work only with your say-so.

We will not quote your Porsche repair from a web page

Most of the brand pages on this site publish fixed repair prices. This one largely does not, and the reason is worth explaining rather than hiding.

Porsche sits in tier 4 of our pricing, the most expensive band we have. More importantly, the spread within the range is enormous. A brake job on a Macan and a brake job on a 911 Turbo are not the same piece of work, and they are not within sight of each other on cost. Average them into one published figure and you produce a number that is too high for one owner and too low for the other.

So we publish what is genuinely predictable and quote what is not.

Fixed, on any Porsche: a full fault-code diagnosis at AED 99, an AC inspection at AED 99, a radiator flush at AED 225, spark plugs at AED 425, and the periodic service from AED 1150.

Quoted after inspection: air suspension, brakes, air conditioning components, cooling system repair, and anything else where the variant decides the part.

That is less satisfying than a price list. It is considerably more useful than one you cannot rely on.

The Cayenne, and one symptom with four prices

The Cayenne is most of our Porsche work, more than every other model combined, and the single most common reason one arrives is that it is sitting low or has thrown a suspension warning.

That symptom has four possible causes:

A failed height sensor, the cheapest outcome. A leaking valve block. A split air spring. Or a burnt-out compressor, the dearest.

Those are four very different bills, which is exactly why we will not print one number for “air suspension repair”. A diagnosis is AED 99 and includes a ride height check on each corner, and then you get a quote for the fault that is actually there.

This is routine work for us rather than something we send elsewhere. Sebastien brought us a Cayenne GTS with an air suspension fault and had the compressor and valve block replaced, with updates through the job.

The compressor is nearly always a consequence

Worth understanding properly, because it is the difference between a modest repair and an expensive one.

A Porsche air suspension compressor is sized to top the system up occasionally. It is not designed to hold the car up continuously. So once a leak develops anywhere, at a valve block or an air spring or a line, the compressor starts working far harder than intended, and in time it fails from the effort.

Which means the expensive failure is usually the final stage of a chain that began with something small.

The practical signals are specific and easy to notice if you know to look: a car that settles overnight, or a compressor that runs noticeably longer at startup than it used to. At that point you are still at the cheap end of this. Left alone, you will not be.

Cooling, and the one flush we do price

A radiator flush is AED 225 regardless of model, which makes it one of the few Porsche jobs with a published figure, and on a high-mileage Cayenne it is cheap insurance before summer.

The reason it matters here is the same reason it matters on every performance car in this climate. Sustained load in 45ยฐC finds a cooling system that is merely adequate, and these engines do not forgive being run hot. If the temperature gauge moves, stop and have the car recovered rather than pressing on.

The AED 99 scan is the best value on the car

These cars log a great deal, and they log it early. A Porsche will frequently have recorded a developing fault well before you notice anything at the wheel, particularly in the air suspension, the cooling system and the electronics.

So if something simply feels different and you cannot articulate what, that is a legitimate reason to book rather than an overreaction. At AED 99 a full fault scan is the cheapest way to convert a vague impression into a specific answer, and on a car at this price point the gap between catching something early and catching it late is measured in thousands.

Why use us rather than the dealer

The absolute saving is larger on a Porsche than on any other brand we handle, because the baseline is higher. A percentage off a tier-4 bill is worth considerably more than the same percentage off a mainstream one.

What we do not compromise on: Mobil fully synthetic oil to the right specification, genuine or quality-equivalent parts, and an itemised record of the work, which is what actually matters for the car’s history and its next owner.

If what you need is routine servicing rather than a repair, that is fixed-price from AED 1150 and agreed before you book.
