How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, tell us the model and mileage, and collect it the same day in most cases.

01

Pick minor or major

A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the model and mileage.

02

We collect or you drop in

Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

Fixed price
03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, a full fault-code scan, and a look at the air suspension and cooling system, which are the two Porsche items where early attention saves the most.

What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

Good experience. I came to get an air suspension issue fixed on my Porsche Cayenne GTS 2014. Compressor and valve changed very quickly. Kumar was sending me regular updates regarding the progress of the work.

Very transparent and friendly garage. I bring both my Audi Q5 and Porsche Cayenne here and they always take good care, with reasonable prices. Mr. Muhammed is always available on WhatsApp to reply to my queries.

Went in for brake pad replacement and an oil change for my Porsche. Good mechanic, reasonable rates, good overall experience.

WhatsApp us
A minor service is AED 1150 for a 911, Cayman, Boxster, 718 or Taycan, and AED 1300 for a Cayenne, Macan or Panamera. A major service is AED 2125 and AED 2425 respectively. Both are fixed prices, agreed before you book. Porsche sits in tier 4, the most expensive band we publish, which reflects what the parts and the work genuinely cost rather than any surcharge for the badge.
Because the parts cost more and the work takes longer. We price Porsche in tier 4, above Mercedes, BMW and Audi in tier 3, and well above mainstream brands in tiers 1 and 2. We would rather tell you that plainly than publish an attractive figure and revise it at collection. The saving against a dealer is still substantial, and in absolute terms it is larger on a Porsche than on any other brand we handle precisely because the baseline is higher.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up, a full fault-code scan and a multi-point inspection that includes an air suspension check where fitted. The car is usually back the same day and the work carries a 6 month service warranty.
A major service includes everything in the minor, then replaces rather than cleans: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades, alongside the Mobil fully synthetic oil, oil filter, fluids top-up, fault scan and inspection. It is typically due every third service.
Yes, regularly. Cayenne compressors and valve blocks are routine work for us rather than something we send elsewhere. We check ride height and system behaviour at every service. What we will not do is publish a price for it, because a fault can be a height sensor, a valve block, an air spring or the compressor, and those are four very different bills. We inspect, then quote the actual fault.
Because the parts spread across this range is enormous and any single published figure would be wrong for most owners. A brake job on a Macan and a brake job on a 911 Turbo are not comparable, and quoting one price for both would mislead almost everyone. The service is fixed-price because its content is predictable. Repairs are quoted after we have seen the car, which is the honest way round.
Yes, provided the oil meets the right specification, the parts are genuine or quality-equivalent, the schedule is kept and the work is recorded. We use Mobil fully synthetic oil and give you an itemised record of what was done. Most of our Porsche customers move across once the car is outside its dealer warranty period.

The most expensive brand we service, said plainly

Porsche sits in tier 4 of our pricing. That is above Mercedes, BMW and Audi, and well above the mainstream brands. A minor service is AED 1150, or AED 1300 for a Cayenne, Macan or Panamera. A major service is AED 2125 and AED 2425.

We would rather state that at the top of the page than advertise an appealing number and revise it when you arrive. The parts cost more, the work takes longer, and the fluids are specified more tightly. Pretending otherwise would waste your time and ours.

What is also true: the saving against a franchised dealer is larger on a Porsche than on anything else we handle, in absolute terms, precisely because the baseline is higher. A percentage saved on a tier-4 bill is worth considerably more than the same percentage on a Kia.

The Cayenne is most of the Porsches in Dubai

By a wide margin. The Cayenne accounts for more of our Porsche work than every other model combined, with the Macan second and the Panamera third. The 911, Cayman and Boxster are a much smaller share.

That shapes where the expertise sits, and it is worth being specific about: air suspension. The Cayenne and Panamera ride on it, it is the system most likely to need attention as these cars age, and it is regular work for us rather than something we refer elsewhere.

One of our customers put it better than we could. Sebastien brought in a Cayenne GTS for an air suspension fault and had the compressor and valve block replaced, with updates through the job. That is the kind of work these cars actually need, and it is work we do.

Air suspension: checked always, priced never

At every service we check ride height and how the system behaves. What we deliberately do not do is publish a price for air suspension repair.

The reason is that one figure would be wrong for almost everyone. A fault can be a height sensor, the cheapest outcome. A leaking valve block. A split air spring. Or the compressor, which is the dearest and is usually the consequence of one of the others going unaddressed, because a compressor is built to top the system up occasionally rather than hold the car up continuously.

Advertising the cheapest outcome means most customers get a higher quote than the page promised. Advertising the dearest frightens people away from a modest repair. So we inspect, then quote the fault we actually find.

The practical lesson, and it is the same one Sebastien’s car illustrates: a system that settles overnight or a compressor that runs longer than it used to is still at the cheap end. Left alone, it will not stay there.

Why the service is fixed-price and the repairs are not

Worth explaining, because the distinction is deliberate.

A periodic service has predictable content. Oil, filter, fluids, scan, inspection. We know what it involves on a Cayenne, so we can fix the price before you book and stand behind it.

Repairs across this range are a different matter. The parts spread is enormous: a brake job on a Macan and a brake job on a 911 Turbo are not remotely comparable, and publishing a single figure covering both would mislead nearly everyone who read it. So repairs get quoted once we have seen the car and know which variant and which fault we are dealing with.

What is priced regardless of model: a full fault-code diagnosis at AED 99, a radiator flush at AED 225, and spark plugs at AED 425.

The fault scan is not a formality

These cars log a great deal, and they log it early. A Porsche will frequently have recorded a developing fault well before the driver notices anything, particularly in the air suspension, the cooling system and the electronics.

So the scan is part of every service rather than an extra, and on a car like this it is the single most informative thing we do. At AED 99 as a standalone diagnosis it is also the cheapest useful answer available if something simply feels different.

Minor or major: which one is due

A minor service is the routine one, every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, covering Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, the fault scan and the inspection.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years, and replaces rather than cleans: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades.

In Dubai the shorter interval is generally the right one. Heat shortens oil life, and on a car with these tolerances that is not a corner worth cutting.

Anything the inspection or the scan turns up is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
