How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, tell us the mileage, drop the car at an Abu Dhabi workshop.

01

Tell us the mileage

On an Abu Dhabi Altima the odometer matters more than the year. It tells us whether to prioritise the CVT fluid, the oil-consumption check, or the cooling system before a summer of long runs.

02

Drop the car in

Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, fluids topped up, a full inspection, plus the two Altima checks: CVT fluid condition and the oil level measured against your last visit.

What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

They are very professional, took my car and returned it back on time, they checked all the mechanical aspects of the car and advised on some replacements. Mr. Mohammad Saheer was the adviser, he was so helpful.

I had major service work done on my car, and everything was clearly explained and handled professionally. The team was transparent, helpful, and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait.

Amazing and surprisingly quick service. Farzan was extremely professional and responsive, and the technician Alamzeb was also very professional. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium. A minor service is AED 350 and a major service AED 775. The Altima prices as a tier-1 sedan, the cheapest band in our catalogue. A CVT fluid change is from AED 250, spark plugs AED 200 and an air filter AED 100.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning, all fluids topped up and a multi-point inspection. On an Altima we add two specific checks: CVT fluid condition, and the engine oil level measured against your last visit so we can tell you whether the car is using oil.
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and here the kilometres almost always arrive first. A car covering 1,500 km a month passes 10,000 km in seven months, and plenty of Abu Dhabi Altimas do considerably more. Service on the odometer rather than the calendar.
Yes, and it is worth understanding. City traffic heats the transmission fluid in bursts, with gaps where load drops and it recovers. An hour at motorway pace on the E11 or the Al Ain road holds it at temperature continuously, under load, with no recovery period. Combined with the kilometres an Abu Dhabi car covers, the fluid often reaches the end of its useful life sooner than the service book suggests. A change is from AED 250.
Because the 2.5 litre QR25DE has a documented tendency to use oil as it ages, usually through piston ring wear. On a high-mileage Abu Dhabi car that matters more, because the distance brings the condition forward and low oil in 45ยฐC heat is how a car that uses oil becomes a car with a damaged engine. We record the level and tell you the rate rather than quietly topping it up.
Coolant condition first. Sustained motorway running in summer is the hardest thing you can ask of a cooling system, because the load is continuous rather than intermittent, and it tends to fail a long way from a workshop. A radiator flush is AED 225. Then tyres, because sustained speed on hot asphalt is the hardest life a tyre has, and the battery, which heat kills faster than age does.
Not yet. Doorstep visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. For a full service that is the correct place regardless, since the car needs lifting to drain the oil, change the filter and inspect the underbody and suspension properly.

In Abu Dhabi, the odometer decides, not the calendar

The Altima is the most serviced car in this emirate as well as in Dubai, but it lives a different life here. Long runs on the E11 and the E10, trips out to Al Ain, daily commuting between the island and Mussafah or MBZ.

That changes the service trigger. The interval is every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and here the kilometres arrive first almost without exception. A car covering 1,500 km a month passes 10,000 km in seven months, and plenty do considerably more than that.

So on an Abu Dhabi Altima, watch the odometer. Two items in particular reward it: the CVT fluid and the oil the 2.5 litre engine uses.

Continuous heat is harder on a CVT than traffic

Worth drawing this distinction, because it is the main difference between owning an Altima here and in Dubai.

The CVT drives through a steel belt gripping between two variable-width pulleys, and the fluid carries the friction properties that belt depends on. Nissan specifies NS-3 for most modern applications, and it is not interchangeable with ordinary automatic transmission fluid.

City traffic heats that fluid in bursts. Hard moments pulling away, then gaps where load drops and the cooler catches up.

An hour at motorway pace in July is continuous: sustained load, 45ยฐC ambient air, and no recovery period at all. That is the harder version of the same stress, and when you add the kilometres an Abu Dhabi car covers, the fluid frequently reaches the end of its useful life well before the service book implies.

A fluid change is from AED 250. We report the condition at every service so the decision is informed rather than guessed.

Distance brings the oil question forward

The 2.5 litre QR25DE has a well-documented tendency to consume oil as it accumulates mileage, usually through piston ring wear letting oil past the rings into the combustion chamber.

The relevance here is simple: Abu Dhabi cars accumulate that mileage faster. A condition that shows up at 150,000 km arrives in three years here rather than six.

And the climate raises the stakes. An engine that uses oil is perfectly manageable while the level stays up. An engine that uses oil and runs low in 45ยฐC heat is not, because oil is what carries heat away from the bearings and the rings.

So we measure the level, write it down, and compare it with your last visit. If the car is using oil you get the rate rather than a silent top-up. Half a litre every 5,000 km is something you can plan around; finding out on the Al Ain road is not.

Check it yourself between services

On a high-mileage Altima this is worth two minutes. Park level, engine off and cool, pull the dipstick, wipe it, reinsert fully, pull again and read.

A litre down between services is the car telling you something, and we would rather hear it early. Nothing to buy and no catch: a litre of the correct oil costs very little next to the alternative.

Before a summer of long drives

If you do one thing beyond the service, make it the cooling system.

Sustained motorway running in summer is the hardest demand you can place on it, because the load never lets up and the ambient air offers no help. A system that behaves perfectly around Khalifa City can prove marginal out past Al Shamkha or on the way to Al Ain, which is precisely where you least want to find out.

A radiator flush is AED 225. On a high-mileage Altima facing a summer of distance, that is among the best value on this page.

After that: tyres, because sustained speed on hot asphalt is the hardest life a tyre has and a worn one at 120 km/h in July is the most dangerous thing on the car. Then the battery, which heat kills faster than age does, usually without warning.

Minor or major: which one is due

A minor service every 5,000 to 10,000 km covers Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, a full inspection, and the CVT and oil-level checks above. AED 350.

A major service is typically every third, around 30,000 to 40,000 km, and replaces rather than cleans: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades. AED 775.

Given the distance these cars cover, the major almost always arrives on kilometres rather than years. Sustained high-speed running also pushes far more air, and therefore far more fine dust, through the air filter than city driving does.

Anything the inspection flags is reported with a price, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is quoted separately.
