A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the variant and mileage.
Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, a full fault-code scan, and a check of the oil level against the mileage, which matters more on a car covering Abu Dhabi distances between services.

An Audi is built for the kind of driving Abu Dhabi offers: long, fast, composed motorway running. The engine copes with that easily. The fluids are what take the strain.
Sustained high-speed load holds oil temperatures up for an hour at a stretch rather than in the short bursts of city driving, and heat is what strips an oil of its protective additives. The same applies, more sharply, to the transmission. On an S tronic dual-clutch the fluid is the component that decides how long the gearbox lasts, and long hot runs are exactly the condition that ages it.
That is why a service here is worth more than its parts list suggests. The oil change is routine. The fluid checks, gearbox and, on a quattro, transfer case, are where the value is on a car covering Abu Dhabi distances.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years. The difference is replacement rather than cleaning: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades. Given Abu Dhabi mileage, the major usually arrives on kilometres rather than years. S and RS variants price one tier higher.
The S tronic is a good gearbox with one requirement: clean fluid. Neglect it and the first sign is a hesitation or a slight shudder pulling away, by which point the clutch packs have usually begun to wear.
A service is from AED 750. A rebuild is not in the same bracket. We check the fluid’s condition as part of the inspection and tell you if it is due, rather than either selling it blind or leaving it off the list entirely. On a high-mileage Q7 or A6 it is the most useful AED 750 an owner can spend.
A quattro has a transfer case with its own oil, and a change is from AED 475. Worth asking about once the car has covered real distance, which in this emirate does not take long.
Some Audi TFSI engines also use more oil between services than owners expect. The danger is never the consumption, it is running the level low unnoticed, and a car doing Abu Dhabi mileage goes longer between the occasions anyone checks. Tell us if it has needed topping up and we will track the rate against the mileage.
Anything the inspection or the scan turns up is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
