Dodge service in Abu Dhabi, from AED 525.

A Charger or Challenger is AED 625. A Durango or Ram 1500 is AED 650. A Neon is AED 525. Genuinely different bands, so we publish all three rather than one misleading average. No Abu Dhabi premium on any of them.

How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, tell us the exact model, drop the car at an Abu Dhabi workshop.

01

Tell us the model

This matters more on a Dodge than on most brands. A Charger and Challenger price in one band, a Durango, Ram or Nitro in another, and a Neon or Dart lower again. Give us the model and we confirm the figure.

App or web
02

Drop the car in

Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price once we know the model, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something.

Fixed price
03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a full inspection. On a car covering Abu Dhabi distances the cooling system, tyres and brakes get particular attention.

I had major service work done on my car, and everything was clearly explained and handled professionally. The team was transparent, helpful, and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait.

The automotive service advisor Aamir demonstrated professional competence. The overall service was delivered promptly.

They are very professional, took my car and returned it back on time, they checked all the mechanical aspects of the car and advised on some replacements. Mr. Mohammad Saheer was the adviser, he was so helpful.

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium, but it depends on the model. A Charger or Challenger, including SRT variants, is AED 625 for a minor service and AED 1300 for a major. A Durango, Ram 1500 or Nitro is AED 650 and AED 1250. A Neon or Dart is AED 525 and AED 1075. We publish all three bands because averaging them would give almost every owner the wrong number.
Because it sits in a higher price band in our catalogue. The Charger and Challenger carry performance drivetrains, and their parts and fluids cost more than the equivalents on a Durango or Ram, even though the Durango is the larger vehicle. It is counter-intuitive if you assume size drives price, which is exactly why we list the bands separately.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up and a multi-point inspection covering brakes, suspension, battery, belts and tyres. The car is usually back the same day with a 6 month service warranty.
A minor service every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. In Abu Dhabi the kilometres almost always arrive first: long motorway runs, trips out to Al Ain and inter-emirate commuting accumulate distance quickly. On a large-capacity engine, servicing on the odometer rather than the calendar is the safer habit.
No. The SRT variants sit in the same band as the standard Charger and Challenger, so a minor service is AED 625 and a major AED 1300. The exception in the range is the Viper, which prices well above everything else and is quoted individually rather than listed.
It swaps one kind of heat stress for another. Dubai traffic heats a cooling system in bursts at low speed with little airflow. An hour at motorway pace on the E11 or the Al Ain road puts the engine under continuous load in 45ยฐC air with no recovery period, which is the harder version for a large-capacity engine. Coolant condition is worth checking every service rather than every third, and a flush is AED 225.
Not yet. Doorstep visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. For a full service that is the correct place regardless, since the car needs lifting to drain the oil, change the filter and inspect the underbody, brakes and suspension properly.

Three price bands, and the reason we publish all of them

Dodge spans a wider range than almost any brand we handle. A Neon is a compact saloon, a Ram 1500 is a full-size pickup, a Charger is a performance saloon with a large-capacity engine, and a Viper is a supercar.

In our catalogue they do not share a price band, and the split does not follow size. The Charger and Challenger price a tier above the Durango and Ram, despite being the smaller vehicles, because their drivetrains, parts and fluids cost more.

That matters because those two models are roughly two thirds of the Dodge work we do. A single advertised “Dodge service price” taken from the cheaper band would be wrong for most Dodge owners, and they would discover it at collection rather than at booking.

So we publish three figures that are right instead of one that is convenient:

Charger and Challenger, including SRT: minor AED 625, major AED 1300. Durango, Ram 1500 and Nitro: minor AED 650, major AED 1250. Neon and Dart: minor AED 525, major AED 1075.

The Viper sits well above all of these and is quoted individually. All figures match our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium.

Service on the odometer, not the calendar

Abu Dhabi Dodges cover distance. The E11, the E10, the Al Ain road, the commute between the island and Mussafah or MBZ.

The interval is every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and here the kilometres almost always come first. A car covering 1,500 km a month reaches 10,000 km in seven months, and plenty do considerably more.

On a large-capacity engine that is not a corner worth cutting. Watch the odometer.

The motorway is the harder heat test

Worth drawing the distinction, because it runs against intuition and it is the main difference between owning one of these here rather than in Dubai.

City traffic is hot but intermittent. The engine works at low speed with little airflow, then gets gaps where load drops and the system recovers.

An hour at motorway pace in July is continuous. Full load, 45ยฐC ambient air, no recovery period at all. For a large-capacity V8 that is the more demanding of the two, and it is where a cooling system that seems perfectly healthy around Khalifa City can turn out to be marginal.

A radiator flush is AED 225 regardless of model, which makes it among the cheapest sensible things you can do to a high-mileage Charger or Durango before summer. If the gauge climbs out on the Al Ain road, stop and have the car recovered rather than pressing on for the last stretch.

Brakes on a heavy, fast car

The Charger and Challenger are both heavy and quick, and that combination consumes brakes faster than an ordinary saloon does. Abu Dhabi driving adds sustained high speed, which means more energy to dissipate on every stop.

We measure pad thickness rather than estimating it, and we give you the measurement rather than just a verdict. Sometimes that means you have several thousand kilometres left. Sometimes it means do not leave it. Either way you see the reasoning.

Tyres are the item that matters most

On any high-mileage Abu Dhabi car tyres deserve first attention, and on a fast heavy one they deserve it more.

Sustained speed on hot asphalt is the hardest life a tyre has, and on a Charger at 120 km/h in July a worn or under-inflated tyre is comfortably the most dangerous thing you own. We check condition, pressures and age at every service, and tyre rotation is AED 50 if the wear pattern warrants it.

Ram 1500 and Durango: the four-wheel-drive items

If your Durango or Ram is four-wheel drive, there is a transfer case with its own oil, and a change is from AED 375. Cheap, quick, and reliably the first item to fall off a maintenance schedule once a vehicle leaves the dealer network.

On a heavy vehicle covering these distances the transmission works hard too, so fluid condition is worth asking about at every service rather than waiting for a symptom.

Anything the inspection flags is reported with a price, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is quoted separately.
