How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, drop the car at an Abu Dhabi workshop, collect it the same day in most cases.

01

Pick minor or major

A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the model and mileage.

02

Drop the car in

Pick a workshop reachable from your area, whether that is Khalifa City, Mussafah, MBZ or the island. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

Fixed price
03

Inspected, serviced, returned

Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, a full fault-code scan, and a look at the air suspension and cooling system. On a car covering Abu Dhabi distances both deserve attention.

What customers say

4.4
Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

Good experience. I came to get an air suspension issue fixed on my Porsche Cayenne GTS 2014. Compressor and valve changed very quickly. Kumar was sending me regular updates regarding the progress of the work.

Very transparent and friendly garage. I bring both my Audi Q5 and Porsche Cayenne here and they always take good care, with reasonable prices. Mr. Muhammed is always available on WhatsApp to reply to my queries.

Went in for brake pad replacement and an oil change for my Porsche. Good mechanic, reasonable rates, good overall experience.

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium. A minor service is AED 1150 for a 911, Cayman, Boxster, 718 or Taycan, and AED 1300 for a Cayenne, Macan or Panamera. A major service is AED 2125 and AED 2425 respectively, both fixed before you book.
Because the parts cost more and the work takes longer. We price Porsche in tier 4, above Mercedes, BMW and Audi in tier 3, and well above mainstream brands. We would rather say that plainly than publish an attractive figure and revise it at collection. The saving against a dealer is still substantial, and in absolute terms it is larger on a Porsche than on any other brand precisely because the baseline is higher.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning (cleaning rather than replacement at this level), all fluids topped up, a full fault-code scan and a multi-point inspection that includes an air suspension check where fitted. The car is usually back the same day and the work carries a 6 month service warranty.
A minor service every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. In Abu Dhabi the kilometres often arrive first, particularly on a Cayenne or Macan used as a daily car on the E11 and the Al Ain road. On an engine with these tolerances, servicing on the odometer rather than the calendar is the safer habit.
Yes, regularly. Cayenne compressors and valve blocks are routine work for us rather than something we send elsewhere. We check ride height and system behaviour at every service. What we will not do is publish a price, because a fault can be a height sensor, a valve block, an air spring or the compressor, and those are four very different bills. We inspect, then quote the actual fault.
Because the parts spread across this range is enormous and any single published figure would be wrong for most owners. A brake job on a Macan and a brake job on a 911 Turbo are not comparable. The service is fixed-price because its content is predictable; repairs are quoted once we have seen the car, which is the honest way round.
Not yet. Doorstep visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. For a full service that is the correct place regardless, since the car needs lifting to drain the oil, change the filter and inspect the underbody and suspension properly.

The most expensive brand we service, said plainly

Porsche sits in tier 4 of our pricing, above Mercedes, BMW and Audi, and well above the mainstream brands. A minor service is AED 1150, or AED 1300 for a Cayenne, Macan or Panamera. A major service is AED 2125 and AED 2425.

Those are the same figures as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium on any job.

We put the number at the top rather than burying it, because the parts genuinely cost more, the work takes longer and the fluids are specified more tightly. What is also true is that the saving against a franchised dealer is larger on a Porsche than on anything else we handle, in absolute terms, precisely because the baseline is higher.

Abu Dhabi Porsches are daily cars

The mix here is dominated by the Cayenne, with the Macan second. These are not weekend cars kept for high days. They are daily vehicles covering real distance on the E11, the E10, the Al Ain road and the commute between the island and Mussafah or MBZ.

That matters for the interval. The guidance is every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and on a Porsche used this way the kilometres usually arrive well before the months do.

On an engine built to these tolerances, servicing on the odometer rather than the calendar is the safer habit. It is not a corner worth cutting on a car at this price point.

Air suspension is the system that ages

The Cayenne and Panamera ride on air suspension, and as these cars accumulate years it is the system most likely to need attention. It is also regular work for us rather than something we refer elsewhere.

One of our customers described it better than we could: Sebastien brought in a Cayenne GTS with an air suspension fault and had the compressor and valve block replaced, with updates through the job.

We check ride height and system behaviour at every service. What we will not publish is a price, because a single figure would be wrong for almost everyone. A fault can be a height sensor, the cheapest outcome. A leaking valve block. A split air spring. Or the compressor, the dearest, and typically the consequence of one of the others left unaddressed, because a compressor is designed to top the system up occasionally rather than hold the car up continuously.

The useful lesson sits in that last point. A car that settles overnight, or a compressor running longer than it used to, is still at the cheap end of this. It will not stay there.

Cooling, and why the motorway is the test

Sustained motorway running in summer is the hardest thing you can ask of a cooling system, and it is harder than traffic. Traffic heat comes in bursts with gaps to recover. An hour at speed on the Al Ain road in July is continuous load with 45ยฐC ambient air and no recovery period.

A system that behaves perfectly around Khalifa City can prove marginal out there, which is where you least want to discover it. A radiator flush is AED 225 regardless of model, and on a high-mileage Cayenne it is cheap insurance before summer.

If the gauge moves, stop and have the car recovered rather than pressing on.

Fixed service, quoted repairs, and why

The distinction is deliberate rather than evasive.

A periodic service has predictable content: oil, filter, fluids, scan, inspection. We know what that involves on a Cayenne, so the price is fixed before you book.

Repairs are not predictable across this range. The parts spread is enormous, and a brake job on a Macan bears no relation to a brake job on a 911 Turbo. Publishing one figure for both would mislead nearly everyone reading it. So repairs are quoted once we have seen the car and know the variant and the fault.

Priced regardless of model: a full fault-code diagnosis at AED 99, a radiator flush at AED 225, and spark plugs at AED 425.

The scan earns its place

These cars log a great deal and they log it early, frequently recording a developing fault well before a driver notices anything, especially in the air suspension, the cooling system and the electronics.

So the fault scan is part of every service rather than an extra. On a car covering Abu Dhabi distances, where wear accumulates faster than the calendar implies, it is the most informative thing we do in a visit.

Anything the scan or the inspection turns up is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
