A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Tell us the variant and mileage and we will say which is due.
Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.

Most Audi owners know to change the engine oil. Far fewer know that the transmission has fluid too, and that on an S tronic dual-clutch it is the consumable most sensitive to the conditions here.
The S tronic is a clever gearbox: fast, efficient and durable, provided its fluid is in good order. That fluid degrades with heat, and Dubai traffic in summer is close to the worst environment it can work in. Nothing dramatic happens at first. The symptom, when it arrives, is a hesitation or a slight shudder pulling away from a standstill, and by then the clutch packs have usually started to wear.
An S tronic service is from AED 750. A neglected dual-clutch is a different conversation entirely. That gap is the single best reason to have the fluid condition looked at as part of a service rather than waiting for a symptom, and it is why we check it and tell you rather than leaving it off the list.

A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years. The difference is replacement rather than cleaning: a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new spark plugs and new wiper blades. S and RS variants price one tier higher on both.
If your Audi is a quattro, the drivetrain has a transfer case alongside the gearbox, and it has its own oil. A transfer case oil change is from AED 475, and on a Q7 or Q5 that has covered serious distance it is worth asking about.
This is the sort of item a dealer handles as a line on a schedule and an owner never thinks about again. It is cheap, it is quick, and neglected transfer cases are one of the quieter ways an otherwise healthy all-wheel-drive system develops an expensive noise.
Some Audi TFSI engines use more oil between services than owners expect. This is well understood and entirely manageable, and the only genuine danger is running the level low for months because nobody checked.
So check the dipstick occasionally, and tell us if the car has needed topping up and roughly how much. We record the level against the mileage every time the car comes in, which turns a vague worry into a number you can track. Anything the inspection or the scan turns up is quoted for your approval, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is priced separately.
