How it works
Serviced and back, same day
Book a slot, tell us the model and year, and collect it the same day in most cases.
Pick minor or major
A minor service suits most cars every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months. A major service is due roughly every 30,000 to 40,000 km, and adds filters, spark plugs and wipers. Give us the year if you are unsure of the model name.
We collect or you drop in
Drop the car at Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or ask for collection from most of Dubai. The service is fixed-price, so the figure does not move unless the inspection finds something and you approve it.
Inspected, serviced, returned
Oil and filter done, fluids topped up, and a full inspection. We check the transmission type for your specific model, because the right advice depends on whether it has a CVT or a conventional automatic.

Coverage
Infiniti servicing across Dubai
Workshops in Al Quoz, Umm Ramool and Wadi Al Amardi, with collection from most of Dubai if you would rather not drive in.
Not sure whether your car is an FX or a QX70, a G or a Q50? Give us the year and we will work it out. Infiniti renamed the whole range in 2014 and both sets of names are still in use.
What customers say
Great experience and service. They came to the location in a short time, did the needed checks before and after the work, and I would like to thank Syed Farzan for the great job done.
My car battery died in the parking near a supermarket. They came in 40 minutes after I called and replaced the battery. Top service. Thank you Syed Farzan for the assistance.

Your car probably has two names
Infiniti did something in 2014 that still causes confusion in workshops across Dubai: it renamed the entire range at once.
The FX became the QX70. The JX35 became the QX60. The QX56 became the QX80. The G sedan became the Q50, and the G coupe became the Q60.
Both sets of names are still in active use here, and our own booking records prove it: we service plenty of cars booked in as an FX and plenty booked as a QX70, and in a good number of cases they are the same generation of vehicle.
So if you are not certain what yours is called, give us the year rather than guessing at the name. We will identify it properly. It makes no difference to the price, which is set by whether the car is a sedan or an SUV, but it makes a real difference to ordering the right parts first time.
Premium badge, mid-tier bills
Infiniti prices in tier 2 in our catalogue, the same band as Volkswagen, Lexus and Ford, and a full tier below Mercedes, BMW and Audi.
A minor service is AED 525 where the German luxury brands are AED 625. An AC compressor is AED 1025 against AED 1650. A radiator is AED 1125 against AED 1850. Front shock absorbers are AED 800 against AED 1450.
That gap is the practical case for these cars as used purchases. They depreciate like a luxury brand and they cost like a mainstream one, which is a favourable combination if you are buying rather than selling.
Not every Infiniti has a CVT
This is the detail most worth knowing, and it is where generic advice goes wrong.
Infiniti shares a great deal with Nissan, and Nissan is well known here for its CVT gearboxes. But the Infiniti range is split. The QX50 and QX60 use a CVT. The Q50, QX70 and QX80 use conventional automatic transmissions.
That distinction matters because the two need different attention. A CVT is genuinely more sensitive to fluid condition and heat than a torque-converter automatic, and Dubai traffic is about the hardest environment either can work in. On a CVT model, fluid condition is the single most consequential thing on the car. On a conventional automatic it is important but less urgent.
A fluid change starts at AED 350 either way. What differs is how closely we watch it, which is why we check the transmission type for your specific model rather than giving everyone the same advice.
Minor or major: which one is due
A minor service is the routine one, every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, covering Mobil fully synthetic oil, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up and a multi-point inspection.
A major service is typically every third service, around 30,000 to 40,000 km or every two years, replacing rather than cleaning: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades.
In Dubai the shorter interval is generally the right one, for the familiar two reasons: heat shortens oil life, and fine dust shortens filter life.
The V6 is the good news
Most Infinitis here use a version of the VQ or VR family V6, and these are among the better engines to inherit. They are robust, they have been built in enormous numbers, and parts availability is good because so much is shared across the Nissan range.
What that means practically: on an Infiniti the engine is rarely the thing that needs attention. The inspection weights towards the gearbox fluid, the cooling system, the air conditioning and the suspension, because that is where the wear actually appears.
If your Infiniti is all-wheel drive there is also a transfer case with its own oil, from AED 325, which is cheap and quietly forgotten once a car leaves the dealer network.
Anything the inspection flags is reported with a price, and if it is a repair rather than maintenance it is quoted separately.
