How it works

Serviced and back, same day

Book a slot, tell us V6 or V8, and we collect if that is easier.

01

Tell us the engine and year

V6, V8, S, GTS or Turbo, and the year. On a Cayenne this determines the oil volume, the plug count and, most importantly, which cooling components we inspect.

We collect or you drop in

Al Quoz, Umm Ramool or Wadi Al Amardi, or collection from across Dubai. The service price is fixed before the vehicle arrives.

A minor service is AED 1300 and a major service AED 2425. Spark plugs are AED 425, a full fault scan AED 99, an AC inspection AED 99 and a radiator flush AED 225. Those are real catalogue prices. For most other Cayenne repair work we do not publish a figure, because this vehicle sits in our highest price band and the parts and labour vary too much by engine and year to put a credible number on a web page. We quote those after inspection.
Because we would rather be honest than look comprehensive. It is easy to put a low number on a page and revise it when the car arrives, and that practice is common. We publish the figures we genuinely have for this vehicle, which are the service, plugs, diagnostics and flush, and we quote the rest properly after looking at the car. You will not be given a figure on this page that changes at the counter.
Significantly, and it is the first thing we ask. The engines differ in oil volume and plug count, which changes the service content. More importantly, the V8 has a well-documented cooling vulnerability that the V6 does not share in the same way, so knowing the engine tells us what to inspect rather than what to assume.
On V8 Cayennes, the coolant distribution pipes that run through the valley between the cylinder banks were originally plastic, and they crack with age and heat. It is widely regarded as the single most notorious failure point on these engines, typically appearing somewhere between roughly 130,000 and 190,000 km. The lasting fix is a replacement with an upgraded aluminium pipe kit. We inspect for it as part of the service rather than charging separately, because on this engine it is the most valuable thing we can look at.
Two, and both are easy to dismiss. A faint sweet smell around the engine bay after a longer drive, noticed most often once the vehicle has cooled, with no puddle on the ground and no warning light. And a low coolant message that appears and then clears itself by the next morning. Owners reasonably treat a self-clearing warning as a glitch. On this engine it is worth telling us about.
Mobil fully synthetic engine oil to the correct specification, an oil filter replacement, air and cabin filter cleaning, all fluids topped up, a full fault scan, a multi-point inspection and, on V8 models, a physical look at the coolant pipes in the engine V. Usually back the same day with a 6 month service warranty.
Every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, and we would use the shorter end. This is a heavy, powerful vehicle working in 45ยฐC ambient heat, frequently in traffic. The oil and the cooling system are both doing considerably more than a temperate-climate interval assumes.
Yes, and on a vehicle in this band the saving in absolute terms is the largest of any car we service, because the baseline is the highest. We use Mobil fully synthetic to the correct specification, genuine or quality-equivalent parts, and give you an itemised record, which is what matters for the vehicle's history and its resale.

Ready to book

Book a Cayenne service in Dubai

Minor AED 1300, major AED 2425, fixed before you book. Correct-specification oil, full fault scan, and the cooling inspection that matters on a V8.

Fixed price on the service. Anything else is quoted after inspection, never estimated.

What we publish, and what we will not

A Cayenne sits in the highest price band we operate, and this page is going to be unusually direct about what that means for pricing.

The figures we have are real: a minor service at AED 1300, a major at AED 2425, spark plugs at AED 425, a full fault scan at AED 99, an AC inspection at AED 99, a radiator flush at AED 225.

For most other repair work on this vehicle, we do not publish a number. Not because we are hiding it, but because the parts and labour vary so much by engine, year and specification that any figure we printed would be fiction, and you would discover that at the counter.

It is easy to put an attractive low number on a web page and revise it when the car arrives. That practice is common and we are not going to participate in it. Nothing on this page will change when you get here. Everything else is quoted properly after we have looked at your vehicle.

First question: V6 or V8?

Not a formality. It is the first thing we ask, and it changes what we do.

The two engines differ in oil volume and plug count, which alters the service content directly.

Far more importantly, the V8 carries a well-documented cooling vulnerability that the V6 does not share in the same way. So knowing which engine you have means we inspect rather than assume, and on this vehicle that distinction is worth a great deal of money.

The V8 coolant pipes

On V8 Cayennes, the coolant distribution pipes that run through the valley between the cylinder banks were originally plastic. With age and heat they crack.

This is widely regarded as the single most notorious failure point on these engines, and it typically appears somewhere in the region of 130,000 to 190,000 km. Porsche revised the design during the production run, and the lasting fix is replacement with an upgraded aluminium pipe kit.

What makes it serious is not the part but the location. The pipes sit buried in the engine V under the intake, which means a leak does not run onto the ground where you would see it. It pools inside the engine valley, where it can reach the starter and where a slow loss becomes a sudden overheat without the usual warning of a puddle on the driveway.

So on a V8 we inspect for it as part of the service rather than charging separately. It is the most valuable thing we can look at on this engine, and looking costs nothing.

The two signs owners dismiss

This is the part worth remembering, because both are easy to wave away and both are genuinely diagnostic.

A faint sweet smell around the engine bay after a longer drive. Noticed most often once the vehicle has cooled and you are walking away from it. No puddle. No warning light. Just something in the air.

A low coolant message that clears itself by the next morning. An owner reasonably concludes it was a glitch, because the car says it is fine now.

Neither of those feels like an emergency, and that is exactly the problem. On this engine they are the earliest available notice that the pipes are seeping, arriving weeks or months before anything dramatic.

Tell us about either one. A self-clearing warning is still a warning, and on a V8 Cayenne it is the one you most want investigated while the fix is still a pipe kit rather than an engine.

Dubai accelerates it

Heat is what makes plastic brittle, and this is a city that supplies heat continuously.

The pipes sit in the hottest part of a hot engine, in a vehicle that spends a good share of its life in 45ยฐC ambient temperature and often in traffic, where a large engine makes heat with limited airflow to carry it away. Then it parks in the sun and the under-bonnet temperature barely falls before the next trip.

A Cayenne in this climate is therefore working through the material’s life faster than one in a temperate country, and the mileage figures quoted above should be treated as the optimistic end here rather than the expected one.

What the service actually covers

The minor service: Mobil fully synthetic oil to the correct specification, a new oil filter, cleaning of the air and cabin filters, all fluids topped up, a full fault scan, a multi-point inspection and the coolant pipe look on V8 cars. AED 1300.

The major service replaces rather than cleans: air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs and wiper blades. AED 2425.

Oil specification is not negotiable on this engine. It is designed around a particular grade and additive package, and we use Mobil fully synthetic to the correct specification on every visit. This is the last vehicle on our books where economising on oil would make sense.

On the interval: every 5,000 to 10,000 km or 6 months, and we would use the shorter end here. A heavy, powerful vehicle in this climate asks more of its oil than any published temperate-climate figure assumes.

The fault scan earns its keep

A Cayenne logs extensively and logs early, across far more modules than the engine alone. A developing fault is usually recorded well before a driver notices anything.

So the AED 99 full scan is part of the service rather than an extra, and on a vehicle in this band it is routinely how a manageable repair gets caught before it becomes an unmanageable one.

What a scan will not do is see a seeping plastic pipe buried under an intake manifold. Which is why the physical inspection happens as well.

Anything found comes with a quote. If it is a repair rather than maintenance, we price it after looking at your specific vehicle.
