How it works

From symptom to fix in three steps

Tell us what it is doing, we find out why, you approve the quote before work starts.

01

Book a diagnostic

Book on the app or the website and pick an Abu Dhabi workshop and a time. Tell us the model and what you have noticed, whether that is weak AC, a creeping temperature gauge, a knock from the front or a warning light.

App or web
02

We scan and quote

A technician reads the stored fault codes and inspects the relevant systems, then sends a quote for your specific Toyota. The figure is for your car and your fault, not a generic labour rate.

AC, cooling, suspension, gearbox, electrical: whatever the diagnosis points to is done only with your say-so. Nothing safety-related is touched without your approval.

What customers say

Across 11,600+ reviews on Google and the MySyara app

MySyara is one of the best and easiest ways to service your cars. I have been using MySyara for almost a year now and I have never found any difficulty with their service. Multiple times they have picked my car up from my office and delivered it by the end of office hours. Absolutely hassle-free.

It was my 1st time trusting a car care center after having full care of my car from Toyota. Nothing felt different as MySyara took care of my car the same way it was taken care before. I really appreciate the team for making it so easy and giving us the good and the best quality of work. I would like to thank the drivers who dropped and picked up my car as they have done a fantastic job by delivering the car on time. Very trusted team.

Got nice service from MySyara. My car, Toyota Camry. Was nice clean. Mr Sarwar was excellent advisor. Thank you MySyara.

The same as our Dubai workshops, with no Abu Dhabi premium. A radiator flush is AED 225, a thermostat AED 325, a radiator replacement AED 825, an AC condenser starts at AED 475, an AC compressor at AED 750, and shock absorbers start at AED 450 a pair. Those are sedan rates; an SUV or van such as a Land Cruiser, Prado or Hiace is usually AED 25 to 100 more. A diagnosis is AED 99.
Almost always airflow or coolant rather than the engine itself. A radiator with its fins packed with fine sand cannot shed heat, and that stays hidden in winter before showing up on a summer run to Al Ain. Add coolant that has never been changed and a thermostat that is slow to open, and the gauge climbs under sustained load. A flush is AED 225 and a thermostat AED 325, which is cheap next to what prolonged overheating does to a cylinder head.
Usually a condenser clogged with dust, a refrigerant leak, or a compressor that has been working against high head pressure for too long. On Land Cruisers and Prados with rear air conditioning there is more pipework and more joints, so leaks are more likely. We check pressures and look for the leak before refilling, because gas into a leaking system is money spent twice.
Yes, and it is a real category here rather than an edge case. Sand gets into the radiator and condenser fins, the air filter, and the suspension components. Underbody knocks from graded tracks and dune driving show up as bushes, shocks and sometimes CV boots. Tell us the car sees sand when you book and the inspection covers those areas specifically.
Not yet. Doorstep mechanic visits currently run in Dubai only, so in Abu Dhabi the car comes to a workshop. For cooling, AC and suspension work that is the right place for it anyway, since the car needs lifting and proper inspection.
We work with vetted workshops across the emirate, reachable from Khalifa City, Mussafah, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Saadiyat, Al Raha and Al Shamkha. Tell us the area when you book and we route you to the nearest one with an open slot.
Yes. The Land Cruiser and Prado are the ones we see most in Abu Dhabi, and we also handle Fortuner, FJ Cruiser, RAV4, Hiace, Corolla, Camry, Yaris, Hilux, Innova and the 86.

In Abu Dhabi, a Toyota’s enemy is heat and sand

The Toyota mix here leans heavily towards the capable end: Land Cruisers, Prados, Fortuners and FJ Cruisers, plus Hiace vans in daily work. These are vehicles people actually use, and the emirate gives them plenty to do. Long runs at speed on the E11 and E10, trips out to Al Ain, weekends on sand.

That combination attacks three things in a particular order. The cooling system goes first, because sustained high-speed load is when a radiator has to work hardest and fine sand in the fins is exactly what stops it. Air conditioning second, for the same dust reason plus the sheer cabin volume on a big SUV. Suspension third, because graded tracks and dune driving work bushes, shocks and CV boots far harder than smooth tarmac.

None of this is a Toyota weakness. It is what any vehicle used this way in this climate will present with, and knowing the order of likelihood is most of what makes a diagnosis quick.

Overheating: the one to stop driving on

A rising temperature gauge on a long run is the fault worth pulling over for. Toyota engines are durable enough that most owners never meet a serious failure, and prolonged overheating is one of the few reliable routes to one. The causes are usually cheap: a sand-packed radiator, old coolant, or a thermostat slow to open. A flush is AED 225. A cylinder head is a different order of money entirely.

Desert use is a category, not an excuse

If your car sees sand regularly, say so when you book. It changes what we look at: the air filter will be loaded well before its nominal interval, the radiator and condenser fins need checking rather than assuming, and the underbody deserves a look for knocks and torn CV boots. These are cheap findings when caught at an inspection and expensive ones when they arrive as a breakdown on the Al Ain road.

What a diagnosis actually does

When your Toyota shows a warning light or develops a symptom, the car has usually already logged a fault code. A scan reads those codes and points the technician at the right system. The technician confirms it by inspection and quotes the repair. The alternative, replacing parts in sequence and hoping, costs more and takes longer. A diagnosis is AED 99. If what you need is routine servicing rather than a repair, that is priced separately and fixed upfront.
