Handle complex engine, transmission and general repair jobs as a senior workshop mechanic.
As a Level 2 Mechanic, you'll take on the workshop's more complex repair and diagnostic jobs — engine, transmission, suspension and brake work — across a wide range of makes and models, and guide junior mechanics on shared jobs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake and cooling system faults
- Carry out major services and complex repairs to MySyara's quality standard
- Use diagnostic tools to interpret fault codes and pinpoint root causes
- Review and guide the work of Level 1 mechanics on shared or complex jobs
- Road-test vehicles and sign off quality checks before handover
- Keep job cards and parts usage accurately logged
Requirements
- Level 2 mechanic certification/technical qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on workshop experience across multiple vehicle brands
- Strong diagnostic skills, comfortable with scan tools
- Ability to mentor and review junior technicians' work
- Valid driving license for road-testing vehicles preferred
