MySyara is committed to keeping our customers safe, and we’re taking the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. To help contain the spread of COVID-19 we are taking the following steps:
- Our technicians do not work if they are sick. We encourage them to use sick time whenever they are feeling under the weather, and this is strictly enforced if they have any symptoms related to COVID-19.
- Our technicians wear masks and disposable gloves whenever they work on customer cars or are in touch with our customer keys. Technicians are also encouraged to frequently wash their hands, and hand washing and sanitizing products are available to them in our mobile service vehicles.
- After service we spray clean and wipe down the steering wheel, shifter, console, inside and outside door handles.
- If you would like to request a “no contact” home service appointment, simply select your home address while scheduling your service appointment with us.
