We do not charge you a commission on those B2B transactions — our goal is to strengthen the ecosystem by connecting the best distributors with the best garages.

How do I get the brands I carry onto the \"Approved Brands List\"? +

During onboarding you submit your brand portfolio. Our internal automotive experts review the brands for quality and regional compliance. Once approved, those brands become standard recommendations for repairs processed through the MySyara OS.

How do I ship the retail/B2C orders once they are placed? +

You don't need your own delivery drivers for retail orders. Our corporate courier partners are automatically dispatched to your warehouse — you simply pack the part, print the label generated by our system, and hand it to the courier.

Who manages the product listings, fitment data and photos? +

We know auto parts catalogues are massive and complex. MySyara assists with the heavy lifting of catalogue management and fitment matching for our B2C channels. Once onboarded, your primary ongoing task is keeping pricing updated via the partner dashboard.
